Sree Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Himself is Supreme Lord Sree Krishna, Who appeared in this world to provide the knowledge for the transcendental divine love of Supreme Personality of Godhead Sree Krishna.

 

He exhibited pastimes to maintain code of conduct, similar to His pastimes exhibited during the avataran as Sree Ram Chandra.

 

In Navadweep, Lord Sree Chaitanya Mahaprabhu appeared as Sree Ram in front of His devotee Sree Murari Gupta. He appeared in various forms of Supreme Lord to His devotees as per their mood of devotion. Devotees serve Supreme Lord in various mellows. For e.g. as a servitor (dasya ras), as a friend (sakhya ras), etc.
