Gopis are the best amongst all the devotees of Supreme Personality of Godhead. They exhibited the quality of trinadapi sunichena, taror api sahishnuna (humbler than the blade of grass and tolerant more than the trees).

 

Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu mentioned that we must be devoid of self-pride and must always offer respect to others while not expecting respect in return. This will inculcate within us the state of kirtaniyaḥ sada Hariḥ (continuously chanting the name of Sree Krishna).
